Use this page to reference model provider, endpoint, key, pricing, and fallback fields.

The Model manifest: the envelope (apiVersion, kind, metadata; see Manifests) plus spec.

Fields

ModelSpec (spec)

Field	Type	Default	Meaning
provider	str	required	The model provider plugin that serves this alias.
model	str	required	The provider's model name, as its API spells it.
baseUrl	str or null	null	The provider's base URL, when it is not the plugin's default.
apiKeyEnv	str or null	null	The environment variable holding the key; the value never enters a manifest.
pricing	none or Pricing or null	null	USD per million tokens; none for a free model, absent when the provider reports cost.
fallbacks	list[str]	[]	Model aliases to try, in order, when this one fails.

Pricing (spec.pricing)

Field	Type	Default	Meaning
input	float	required	USD per million prompt tokens.
output	float	required	USD per million completion tokens.
